Effective 7 November 2026. These terms apply to this administrator-operated MaDrive installation.
Service
MaDrive provides an online workspace to access and manage authorized digital materials, including document previews and optional media viewing. Availability depends on the operator’s settings and external services.
Accounts and access
Use MaDrive only if authorized by its operator. Follow the access and usage limits assigned to your account. Do not attempt to obtain another user’s information or share credentials.
Content and actions
Only add, edit, share or play materials that you are legally permitted to use. Deletion or permission changes may be permanent. Check recipients and keep independent backups where appropriate.
External dependencies
Third-party connections and infrastructure can impose their own terms, costs, restrictions or service interruptions. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, processing or media playback.
Changes and termination
The operator may adjust permissions, usage limits, account availability or these terms, subject to applicable rules. Updated terms will appear on this page.
